Tupperware Cranberry Mold

Tupperware Cranberry Mold

2 small packages of cranberry flavor gelatin
2 cups water
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 medium pears or apples, cored and chopped

In a Tupperware Rock N Serve Mug microwave 2 cups water on high until boiling. Remove from microwave, open seal, and stir in gelatin until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.

In a measureing cup add ice to cranberry juice until it measure 1 3/4 cups. Stir warm gelatin mixture into cranberry juice until ice is dissolved.

Chill mixture until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mixture should be about the consistency of unbeaten egg whites when chilled enough.

Spray your Tupperware Jel-Ring Mold with non-stick cooking spray, and wipe smooth with paper towel. When gelatin mixture has thickened, gently stir in your chopped pears or apples, and walnuts.

Pour gelatin into prepared mold, seal, and refrigerate until gelatin is firm - several hours or overnight. To serve your Tupperware recipe, remove the seal and carefully un-mold onto a serving plate. Fill center with garnish, such as slices of green apples or pears.
