The Tupperware Hamburger Press comes with
the press, four snap together keepers and one seal.
The hamburger keepers can be put in the
freezer allowing you to premake your patties for large
gatherings.
Purchase your meat in bulk. Divide the
meat in quarter pound or third pound chunks. Make the patties
using the Tupperware Hamburger Press and then freeze. Once
frozen, remove patties and make four more.
When you need them, you have all the
patties already made.
If you are making stuffed burgers, use
about a quarter pound of meat, possibly a bit less. Make two
patties. Put your stuffing in the center of one of the patties
and then seal with second patty. The Tupperware Hamburger Press
patties will come out the same size in diameter every single
time.

Cheese
Stuffed Burgers
1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef or ground
turkey
6-8 ounces shredded cheese
salt, pepper, onion and garlic to season burgers
Using your Tupperware Hamburger Press,
make 8 patties. They may be a bit thin, since you'll be putting
two patties together. Divide the cheese into fourths and mold
each fourth into a ball and then flatten. Place one ball of
cheese onto four hamburger patties. Top with a second patty and
pinch edges together. Grill or broil until cooked through.
