Tomato and Onion Salad
4 ripe tomatoes
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
Slice tomatoes into a large bowl and add onions. Season with
oregano, salt and pepper. Add oil and gently toss. Sprinkle
with Feta Cheese.
