Egg Salad Sandwich with Egg Substitute

You can make egg salad using egg substitute. Pour the liquid into a frying pan and cook over very low heat for about 10 minutes. Cut up the egg, mix with mayonnaise, celery, onion and other ingredients you would normally put into egg salad. Spread on bread.

Note: I always use light or no fat mayonnaise.
