Tupperware Pie Taker

Oreo Cookie Pie

1 - 9 inch pre baked pie crust
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 - 8 ounce package instant vanilla pudding (try the sugar free version, no one will know the difference)
1 - 16 ounce container Cool-Whip (try the low fat version, no one will know the difference)
1-1/2 cups milk
20 oreo cookies, crushed
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together. In a seperate bowl, combine the pudding and milk and beat until thick.
Add Cool Whip and vanilla to pudding mixture. Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture, stirring well.

Layer the cookie crumbs and the pudding mixture into the crust, beginning with a layer of cookie crumbs and reserving enough cookie crumbs to cover top. Chill and serve.
