Yellow Lemon Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
1 small package instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup salad oil
1 cup water
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Combine and blend all of the above ingredients except sugar. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cool for 15 minutes in the pan and then turn it out onto a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Allow to fully cool, then cut.
