Tupperware Spinach
and Artichoke Dip
1 package frozen spinach
2 cans quartered artichokes drained & roughly chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
3 cups fine shredded Italian blend cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Defrost the spinach, and drain it in the
Tupperware colander. Then squeeze it dry. Drain the artichokes
in your Tupperware colander, and chop them in the Tupperware
Prep Essentials Lil’ Chopper.
In a large Tupperware bowl, mix together
half of the cheese and all other ingredients. Pour into an
oven-safe container and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining cheese over the top, and
return to oven. Bake until cheese is melted and top is a very
light golden brown.
