Tupperware Vent N Serve Brownies

1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup melted butter
6 tablespoons flour
4 tablespons powdered cocoa
nuts or choclate chips (optional)

In a Tupperware bowl, mix together egg, sugar and vanilla until light. Melt the butter in Tupperware Vent'n Serve. Stir melted butter into egg mixture, then mix in flour and cocoa. Add nuts and chocolate chips if desired. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
