Turkey Chow Mein

3 cups diced cooked turkey
1 green pepper, sliced in thin strips
1 cup sliced celery
1 - 3 ounce can of mushrooms
1 - 5 ounce can of water chestnuts
1 pound bean sprouts
1 1/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix

Saute pepper and celery in butter about 2 minutes. Add broth. Gradually mix in the cornstarch, water and soysauce. Add turkey, mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Heat thoroughly. Serve with rice.
