Vegetable Kishke
2 stalks of celery
1 large onion
3 carrots
1 small potato
1 teaspoon paprika
3 cups flour, sifted
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup oil
Shred all of the vegetables.
Mix all ingredients together. Form into a loaf. Wrap in
aluminum foil. Bake about 45 minutes.
