Zucchini Casserole
1 large sliced zucchini
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
cracker crumbs
onion flakes to taste
Slice zucchini and cook until
almost done. Cool. Beat egg and add cheese, salt, pepper and
onion flakes. Mix. Pour into small casserole dish. Sprinkle
with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
