Banana Bread Recipe
- 3 over-ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour (do not stiff)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mash bananas with fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased (buttered) bread pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 70 minutes.
For taste variations, add chopped nuts or raisins. If you llike banana and chocolate, add chocolate chips to one loaf.
