Sift together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl mix together the eggs, sugar, butter and milk.
Add milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
Gently add in blueberries.
Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
Fill about 3/4 full.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
