Shrimp Creole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 17 oz can tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in oil, until soft.

  2. Add tomatoes and sauce, simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Add seasonings and shrimp. Serve over hot rice.
