Deviled Eggs Recipe


  • 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • paprika to garnish


  1. Carefully remove the yolks from the cut eggs and place in a medium bowl.

  2. Mash yolks with a fork and add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Spoon mixture back into the egg white halves.

  4. Garnish with a small amount of paprika.

  5. For a slight variation, try honey flavored mustard.
