Spinach Vegetable Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1.4 ounce envelopes of vegetable soup mix
  • 2 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 8 ounce cans water chestnuts chopped
  • 6 green onions chopped very fine

Instructions

  1. Thaw and drain spinach.

  2. Combine spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise and mix. 

  3. Add water chestnuts and dry soup mix. Mix well.

  4. Add chopped green onions and mix.

  5. Chill for several hours to allow flavors to mix.
