Pepper Cheese Log Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1-4 ounce package pecans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, salt and pepper sauce.

  2. Put pecans and garlic through medium chopper.

  3. Blend into cheese mixture. Shape into roll about 5 inches longs and 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

  4. Mix chili and curry powders, roll cheese roll in mixture, coating evenly.

  5. Wrap tightly in either plastic wrap or wax paper.

  6. Chill at least 4 hours.
