Pepper Cheese Log Recipe
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1-4 ounce package pecans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Blend cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, salt and pepper sauce.
Put pecans and garlic through medium chopper.
Blend into cheese mixture. Shape into roll about 5 inches longs and 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Mix chili and curry powders, roll cheese roll in mixture, coating evenly.
Wrap tightly in either plastic wrap or wax paper.
Chill at least 4 hours.
