Easy Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • 1 2 oz can sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pastry shell

Instructions

  1. Mix the two cheeses together and spread on the bottom of the pastry shell. 

  2. In a bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. 

  3. Pour over cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
