Smoked Salmon Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 24 melba rounds
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or softened cream cheese
  • chives chopped

Instructions

  1. Place a small piece of salmon on each melba toast.

  2. Place a small dab of either sour cream or cream cheese on top and then sprinkle a few pieces of the chopped chives.

  3. You can also do this on cocktail bread or mini bagels.

  4. You could try smoking your own salmon in one of the best natural gas smokers
