
Shrimp Creole Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 17 oz can tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions

Saute onion and green pepper in oil, until soft.

Add tomatoes and sauce, simmer for 30 minutes.

Add seasonings and shrimp. Serve over hot rice.
