Baked Red Snapper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds red snapper
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a dash or two tabasco sauce, depending on your taste

Instructions

  1. Cut fish into serving pieces. 

  2. Place in greased (melted butter) pan.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients. 

  4. Spread over fish.

  5. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika for color.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
