Baked Red Snapper Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds red snapper
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- a dash or two tabasco sauce, depending on your taste
Instructions

Cut fish into serving pieces.

Place in greased (melted butter) pan.

Combine remaining ingredients.

Spread over fish.

Sprinkle with a dash of paprika for color.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
