Apple Cider Biscuits Recipe
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 1/3 cup butter cut into chunks
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Cut in butter. Dough will be very course and crumbly.
Stir in cider and mix until soft dough forms.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
Knead into a small ball.
Pat out to 1/2 thick. Cut into biscuits.
Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 450 degrees.
