Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can carrots, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper.

Add chicken brother and milk. Stir constantly until thick and smooth. Add chicken and vegetables.

Pour into casserole dish. Top with biscuits made according to package directions.

Bake at 425 degrees about 25 minutes. Biscuits should be done.
