Chicken Wings Recipe
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Cut tips off chicken wings and section into two parts.
Place wings in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and heat until sugar and butter dissolve.
Coll and pour over wings.
Marinate at least two hours.
Keep wings in sauce and place into preheated 350 degrees oven and bake 45 minutes.
Spoon sauce over wings a few times during baking.
Drain and serve.
