Crab and Cream Cheese Spread Recipe
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 7 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
Marinate the crab in the lemon juice for one hour.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Drain crab and add to cream cheese mixture.
Chill well. Spread on crackers or bread.
