Italian Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 package spaghetti sauce mixq
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Place bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce mix and 3/4 cup of the tomato sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir lightly.

  2. Add beaten eggs, meat and seasoned salt. Mix lightly with fork.

  3. Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Brush with remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 350° for an hour.

  4. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
