Cream Cheese and Crab Wontons Recipe
- 1/4 pound crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 whole green onion chopped
- wonton wrappers
Shred crab meat.
Add lemon juice and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain on paper towels. In bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese and onion.
Place one spoonful of mixture into center of wonton wrapper.
Wet edges of wonton wrapper with water and fold into a triangle. Pinch edges together.
Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
