Deviled Eggs Recipe
- 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- paprika to garnish
Carefully remove the yolks from the cut eggs and place in a medium bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork and add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Spoon mixture back into the egg white halves.
Garnish with a small amount of paprika.
For a slight variation, try honey flavored mustard.
