Mini Bacon and Mushroom Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 5 pieces bacon cooked and cut into fourths
- 10 whole mushrooms (from a jar, drained)
Instructions

Roll out biscuits to about 3 inches round.

In center of biscuit place one piece of bacon, the mushroom and then another piece of bacon on top.

Wrap the biscuit around the mushroom and pinch shut at the top.

Place seam side down on cookie sheet.

Bake 7-9 minutes at 450 degrees.

Wonderful with BBQ sauce to dip in.
