Onion Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- unbaked pie shell
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Cook pie crust for 10 minutes. Saute the onions in butter until they are light brown in color.

Add the salt, pepper and flour. Mix. Remove from heat and add milk and eggs. Pour into pie shell.

Cook for 10 minutes in preheated 450 degree oven. Reduce to 300 degrees and bake 40 minutes until set and firm.
