Pineapple Shrimp Appetizer Recipe
- 1 cup shrimp cooked
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup mustard
When you cut the pineapple, cut slightly off center, leaving one half larger.
Cut the fruit out of the two halfs of the pineapple.
Combine the diced pineapple with shrimp.
Pour the pineapple and shrimp into the larger of the two empty pineapple halves.
Pour the barbeque sauce in the smaller half and then pour the mustard in the middle of the barbeque sauce.
