Potato Kugel Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 pounds potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 large eggs whisked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour or matzah meal
Instructions

Grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl.

Drain the excess water.

In a separate bowl, mix the salt, butter, flour and the whisked eggs.

Pour into potato and onion mixture and mix well.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Pour mixture into dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Reduce oven to 375 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes.

If you are serving this to guests, try using a muffin pan and making individual servings.

Adjust the cooking time for the smaller servings.
