Tuna and Cashew Casserole Recipe
- 1 3 oz can chow mein noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can tuna
- 1/4 pound cashew nuts
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup onion minced
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine 1/2 of the noodles with the remaining ingredients, except oranges.
Mix well and place in 2 quart casserole dish.
Top with reserved noodles.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Garnish with mandarin oranges, after cooking.
