Spinach Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 packages frozen spinach, cooked according to package directions
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Beat eggs. Add milk and salt. Mix.

Stir in cooled spinach, bread crumbs and half of the cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. (I like to melt butter in the casserole dish).

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
