Brunch Casserole Recipe
- 6 slices white bread crusts removed
- 2 cups jack cheese
- 4 ounce can diced green chiles
- diced ham
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Place bread, butter side down in casserole dish.
Pour cheese and diced ham over bread.
Spread the chilies evenly over the ham and cheese.
Mix all ingredients together and pour over casserole.
Refrigerate over night.
Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
