Cheese Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
- 4-6 slices of bread
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash of pepper
Instructions

Layer bread and cheese in greased one quart casserole dish, starting with bread.

Beat eggs, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and thyme together.

Pour over bread mixture.

Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour in a pan of hot water.
