Ground Beef Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 2 large green bell peppers diced
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 large brick of pepper cheese
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- hot sauce to taste
Instructions

Brown the meet and green peppers. Drain.

In a food processor, puree the tomatoes.

In a saucepan pour in the tomatoe puree.

Cut the cheeses into bite sized pieces and add to tomatoe. Stir and heat.

Add in hot sauce to taste. Mix and then add in the beef.

Stir to blend and heat through. Serve with tortilla chips.
